Load limits - need some help.

Seeing as how weight is technically mechanical, I thought I'd post here. have an FZR600 and love the way the 06R1 tail and tank looks, and decided to put it on the back so that people will get a nicer view instead of my old boxy looking tail. I've studied how to install all this with some serious modifications, and bought all the parts needed for this "FZR1" conversion (I think). I bought the subframe and noticed a sticker inside said "Do not exceed maximum of 34kg (71lbs)". This throws me off since most of the R1-forum posts pertaining to load limits range from 150-440lbs. Anyone have any suggestions?

Is it because it is an FZR? It's not a Gxxr =\
