Replacing Swingarm Bearings

I am going to install new swingarm bearing for my 02 r1. Is this a project I can do at home with some common tools or do I need to take it to a shop to have the bearings pressed in? If I can do it @ home, please list some tips to installing the new bearings. Thanks.

Download the service manual and check it out. I think you will be surprised.
