Hey guys after I went down a couple of weeks ago I noticed my handle bars were not straight when I was going straight. My bike went down on the left side so now when I go straight my handle bars are pointed slightly to the right. I tried putting the front wheel up against the side of a wall and straightening it like you would with a bicycle, but that didnt work. Do any of you guys know how I can fix it? Do you think a dealership will rip me off to fix it? And if its not too much does anyone know of a shop in the bay area that might be able to fix it ? Thanks alot.
You are on the right track. Try to loosen the bolts that hold the fork tubes in the lower or upper (NOT BOTH) triple clamps. Then try to straighten them in the same manner. It would be helpful if you had a buddy help. Have him/her stand facing the bike with legs on each side of the front wheel. That way you can sit on the bike and move the bars to adjust it. You might have to slightly loosen the front axle also. I also use blue loctite when re-install or tighten the bolts in the triple clamps. Can't be too safe! Good luck. Let me know if this works or if you need more help........Later

If there is no grass on the field, then turn her around and play in the dirt!
loosen all triples bolts on both sides, all clipons bolts, remove front axle and weel;slide front axle without the wheel back in;it has to meet the other side straight on.
retighten bolts, then figure out that you had a bent clipon.
(first remove the lower, use a jack to lift the front)
