2011 Convention Lodging Thread - Have A Spot/Find A Spot : Yamaha R1 Forum

I am posting this thread to facilitate lodging assistance for the 2011 Convention. Please keep chatter to a minimum as I will cleanse this thread of off-topic posting.

Now that convention rates are closed at Fontanna Villiage, this will be your best option for finding lodging at discounted rates. You can have an opportunity to share space with someone you may not know now, but by the end of the week, you will have a friend (hopefully) for life.

I stayed in a cabin with a couple others that I had never met before my first year. Turned out to be great people.

RULES:

Keep off-topic chit chat to a minimum.
Post what you are needing or what you are offering.
I am not matching people up for lodging, simply providing a place where you can advertise space or need for a room.
I am not mediating any issues you may have.

I will update the first post with current information about what is needed and what is available.

Please provide the following:

Screen name
What you need/have to offer
Your city of departure
Your dates of attendance/Dates of space availability.

I booked a 2 bedroom cabin at Fontana. Full kitchen (no phone). The second room is available if anyone is interested. I don't know if its a queen or a pair of twins in that room but if anyone is interested in the room please IM me.

i sent beanbandit a PM to let him know, i know he has been looking for sleeping accommodations. i told him to post in this thread, so you should know by late tonight if he already has a place or not.

All of the 2 bedroom cabins have a set of twin beds in the second bedroom. So you could be looking for 2 people instead of just 1.

beanbandit has one of the twin beds, the other twin is available for the whole week (Sunday night through Saturday night. By the way its a Hemlock cabin, check out the Fontana Village website for details.

Bad news, beanbandit won't be able to make it out to the convention. This means I'm back to looking for a room mate. I have a spare room with a pair of twin beds available in a Hemlock cabin. PM me if interested in the entire room or a single bed.

i gt a 2 br hemlock...just might throw the extra room to someone if they r intrested..but reguardless i got a sofa and floor if someone really needs it as i just got the last cabin for the forum...pm if anyone is intrested

oh yea..arriving tueday..and leaving sunday...but the cabin has been claimed b4 me for sat night so i gotta get a lodge room for sat night unless someone backs out at the last minute..so tue thru sat morn i have the cabin...
