well when the light comes on you about .8 gallons left. so lets say you get around 30-35 miles a gallon so you can expect anywhere from 20(really hard driving) to 30 miles once the light comes on. you can get 30 miles on time and the next time get 20, all depends on how you drive.

LOL, I have run mine out at 28 miles as well... Didn't want nearby Speedway gas and ended up running out trying to make it to a Shell that was closed. My friend with an '08 was riding with me, and in an incredible display of friendship and ridiculousness, towed me with his left hand reaching back to my right.. (soooo don't recommend it- unbelievably hard to get going from a stoplight) to an Admiral station (even worse, lol). At one point, a cop pulled up behind us while we were "holding hands" going down the road and actually laughed at us. So yeah, in my experience, 28 miles with the light on (riding conservatively) and GAME OVER!!!!

Just ran out the other day at 29.9. Fewest ever on a bike I've owned. I have slipons, PCV, and Re-flashed ECU.

Luckily I was on a downward slope and coasted off the freeway and into a station. Filled up and then went about my ride.
