I Rode 1020 Miles In 23 Hours On My R1
I rode this distance with only a few short breaks. What was your longest ride with your r1?

Damn! I wish I'd of known, I'd would have rode with you! Did you do it for the IBA Saddlesore? I've been thinking about it.

it was part of trip last year going from Virginia Beach to Nova Scotia and back. Total was 4200 miles. Stayed up there for ten days.

So did you get IBA certs for that? I mean the 1024 mile part in 23 hrs.

no , it was a private trip. Judging from your answers you have not seen the other threads here. I used a headrest on my r1. the name is confusing somewhat because it is more of a performance part than a rest but it works both ways.
I have a short video here. 1 min and 49 sec.

I was going there to see my fiancee...so I just had to get there, supplies were waiting for me
Most of the pictures are taken from the end of the trip.
I also put 600 miles into the bike in the first 10 hours. Sunrise Cycles and Watercraft can tell you about this.
For the Canadian Trip my fiancee can chat with you. She is very friendly. She is on facebook.
