2012 Forum Convention. I need cabin mates!
As of right now i'm looking at getting the granny's cottage, the following link contains the details: http://www.nvnc.com/lodging_specs.php?intid=41
the breakdown is that it is a 2 bedroom, one room has a king bed, the other has 2 queens, with a hot tub which i really want for relaxing after some longer rides. jordan and i are going to be in the king bed, which leaves the 2 queens open.
possible cabin mates must be willing to be there all week so we can get the full 20% off every night.
the rate is 200/night prior to the 20% off for 7 nights which is approximately 1400. then 20% off for each night is 280 off is 1120 total, split 3 ways would equal. $373.30 total per person/couple which is $53.33/night. there's only one of these cabins available for our group, so i want to get this set up ASAP.

rory if it works you can put me in for the 8,9 and 10th. i dont get vaca from the new job till the 27th but i will try to get something if possible. i can put money down whenever you need it just let me know!

reservations only require a deposit for one night so it's not a money up front issue, it's more of a finding people to room with for the entire week to split the entire cost with over the course of the week.

I just reread your post...i assumed 3 bedroom with 1 king and 2 queen beds...I'm going to be there for the week, but my wife is coming along so I can have cabin mates, but not roommates
