Probably the PCV is not correctly tuned for starting (low RPM and 0% throttle) ... my guess.

The best way of testing this theory would be to disconnect the PCV and try starting the bike. If it works correct without the PCV then you have to tune it properly.

Yes I did try without the PCV and it starts perfectly ... as I know the 0% throttle cant be tunned with PCV you must reflash the ECU for that.
So I dont know what to belive anymore ?

And I checked the map in the PCV on 0% the values are 0 from 500 rpm to 15000 so it should start with the factory values right?

Also I think its not from the map of the PCV because the dashboard goes off for a second so its like something is eating power a second when it starts ......doesnt anyone had this problem ????

To my understanding, if you type '0' in a PCV cell it will use OEM ECU values.

I used to run PCV on my R1 09, and do not have similar problem. It may be the PCV hardware, maybe you should contact Dynojet.

What map are you using?
and have you tried to setup for "startup gass/fuel"?

Start PCV Software and select:
Power Commander Tools | Configure | Feature Enables and Input Selections | Startup Fuel

Try also a zero map

Tryed today the zero map , same thing. Not sure what to edit in StartupFuel.
If I edit this like Run Time 10 sec Add Fuel 5 % does this mean it will rev it up 5 % or just add fuel and maybe choke ?

My understanding is that the PCV will add 5% fuel for 10 sec, and after 10 sec it will remove the additional 5%.

Try and let me know.

PS. Have to modified anything else on the engine and have you installed the Dynojet O2 optimizer that came with PCV?

Yes I installed the O2 optimizer that came with the PCV so the bike has a full akrapovic race open system and graves smog off plates.
