FS: 98-03 R1 PTR Corse Slipper Clutch - $450 + Shipping

FINAL PRICE DROP BEFORE EBAY $420!!!

98-03 PTR Corse UK Slipper clutch in excellent condition. It has only been used 1 track day, and I believe a few more off the person I bought it off of last year (36Dean).

It uses stock plates and works with ball bearings and ramps just like the Yoyodyne and STM.

It is a high end clutch just look up PTR Corse. They are based in the UK and the clutch is listed at 450 GBP (approx $700).

The picture attached is an older one from 36Dean, but I can take newer ones if you want just email or message me. The condition is identical to the picture attached.

Email me @ newyorktimes88@gmail.com or PM.

I can send CanadaPost Xpresspost to get the package to you in 1-3 business days with insurance at a discounted rate through my business.

Price: $450 + shipping via Paypal

Thanks for looking!

I was looking into getting a STM complete clutch system, no stock parts to be used. But my knowlegde is vague on this issue.
Whats the differences if you use the "PTR" plates instead of the stock ones

This slipper clutch is the brand "PTR Corse UK" and it uses the stock Yamaha OEM clutch and friction plates from the 98-03 Yamaha R1. I'm not sure what PTR plates are.

I have been told Barnett aftermarket plates will fit in as well, however the person I bought it off of (36Dean) is a Canadaian Pro Superbike Racer and has said the stock plates work best with the clutch.

As far as I know, the STM is a complete slipper clutch that is a drop in replacement without need to use stock or aftermarket clutch and friction plates.

Hope this helps!
