my turn signal/battery problem

hello everyone...

i did search but didnt find the answers i needed...

07 r1, 2-3 years battery died twice in a row... had it charged and would last 2days tops... this came out of no where, bike was running fine since i got it (may). never opened or touched anything electrical. I got a new bat yest and it looked good this morning, cranked faster than ever and turned on very quickly... time will tell i guess.

also, and the why im making this thread = my turn signals! even after the new battery was installed only the left will work for a few seconds when i start the bike then wont turn back on, no left, no right no hazards (although the stayed on yest and would turn off till bike was off/on again) but i do have brake light, horn, and driving lights. Checked all the wires to and from the ecu,fuse box, pc3 and tapped everything that was a potential shorting wire. still no wrking signals... checked all connections and made sure everything was clicked.

now, i really dont remember if the battery started to go out when this problem started. I havnt ridden the bike in a while, i do warm it up twice a week (or when the battery allows me to)

bike has flush mounts with int tails btw... the lic plate lights are not connected but i made sure they were isolated correctly,

anyone please?

might sound kind of stupid, and im just taking a shot in the dark. Could it be a fuse? maybe a connection some where is lose?
