Little girl is lucky she didn't get punched. The men were more scared than the women.

I was about 5 years old and was drug to a haunted house. It was put on by university students. While walking through there I spot a coffin with the door slightly cracked. All of a sudden it flies open a hand comes out and grabs my leg, hard. With my other leg I kick the guy in the face as hard as I can. I drew blood, you could see it through the makeup. Guy is in pain, stands up and starts bitching me out. I told him not to touch people. He learned his lesson.

...and all of them jump into the supposed empty space and not onto the structural framework where the panels were mounted. It never ceases to amaze me how few people can actually use their brains at a moment's notice.

I'm sure you would have handled that exact, unexpected situation like a pro!
