Kids these days....
over the weekend my oldest son was asking us what we thought of his new girlfriend. During the conversation, he was emphatic that she wears makeup and he doesn't find that attractive, believing any makeup whatsoever is "caked on". He was further unimpressed that she is self-conscious about her looks and the things she does. Upon further questioning, he lamented that she could just be talking, then realize she said something stupid, then she just shuts up and quits talking.
I ask him "are you SERIOUS? Your girlfriend realizes when she says something stupid, then just voluntarily shuts up? And she likes to look good, but not overdo it? She is PERFECT!! What in the hell are you dissatisfied with?"
Needless to say, the wife didn't seem to grasp the obvious gravity of this finding, and could not find any amusement in this discovery whatsoever. So I told her, 1-don't use so much make up, and 2-....................nevermind.

Hmm, sounds like she could grow into one of those "High Maintenance" girlfriends. Might cost him some $$$ to be her boyfriend. Does he have a good job?
