Anyone Live near OC or LA in California?
Greetings, I'm new to the Forum however I've used it as a reference in searching for my first 1000cc bike, lots of good things were said about the year and Yamaha in general so i bit the bullet and made my choice. My ride is a 2003 R1, I regret nothing! haha.
Anyways, I'm searching for Riders in the state of California, more specifically I'm interested in areas surrounding Orange County and LA.

I'm just north of you in Rowland Heights. I'd say let's go riding, but my future on the street is looking grim  If you're looking for local folks, there are some here, but you'd find more on OCMoto

Well its a shame your riding career on the streets is looking grim, however i'm sure your reason for retirement is a good one!

If anyone is interested in riding the Orange County/ Riverside area please don't hesitate to speak up! If you're on less than 4 wheels you're alright by me!

I'm in Long Beach. I have a shop in Lawndale also. Elite Auto Performance. Right now I'm rebuilding my 2012 R1 from a crash I had a couple months ago. But we're always open to new riders going out with us. PM me for more info

I usually ride Ortega (74) every weekend when it's not raining. But this weekend will be my last for a while, I'm moving to VA for some training and then I'm not sure where I'll be sent.
I typically ride a black G750 or green 636. I wear black and silver leathers and a Bostrom lid. Stop by and say hi if you see me resting at the Lookout or Hell's Kitchen.

BTW there is a bike night every Thursday at The
Lucky Greek off Serfas Club Rd. in Corona.
I've never gone but driven by it a few times on my way home.

There is going to be a meet this Friday in Downtown Los Angeles. We're meeting up at my shop in Rosemead at 9pm and riding out there at 10.
