Why do I only get pulled over and ticketed in a car?
Today I got my third speeding ticket while driving back to school in the car. What cop gives a ticket for 5 over ? Not once have I been pulled over on the bike, but in cars I have been pulled over 5 times and received 3 speeding tickets.

Alot of police departments have rules regulations for motorcycle chases. Here in my area alot of PD's aren't allowed to pursue motorcycles in the cities or heavily populated areas for safety reasons.

Well these are tuff times and no camper wanna lose their job. So! Pay attention to the road and go below the speed limit. This should/will prevent u from getting any more tickets.

I'm 21. And I was driving 300 miles to get back to school and trying to pass a semi truck because I don't really like sitting next to or behind them.

Or, ride the bike 24/7 as many tickets as you've had the amount you've paid in court costs is enough to cover the maintenance for riding it more.

I have been pulled over a grand total of twice in a car in my life and both times was given speeding tickets. One for 73 in a 65 at 11pm on a completely empty highway and the other for 28 in a 25, at 2am on a residential street as I was pulling into my new home for the 1st time as I was moving from California to Utah.
They don't hide it at all that speeding tickets and traffic school are a business in Utah. You can take traffic school in every single individual city once a year in Utah, unlike some other states where you get one shot for the entire state every 18-months. I know people who have taken traffic school 20+ times. F' Utah Highway Patrol.
