Exclamation Can I delete this?

I have been told that on Windows XP there is a folder called "prefetch" located in windows. So they say once a month to delete the contents to make the system run faster, like you remove temp files. This folder is for XP to load programs quicker that you use more. But everytime you use a program it put it in this folder to get quicker. So programs you don't use often are there and I guess should be removed. The content not the folder.

Its not fast unless it's watercooled.

Well...technically, that wouldn't make it faster. It's the OC'ing *with* the watercooling!
