'04 R1 Sprocket Advice?

The '04 is geared a little high for my preference. Anyone have any feedback on changes? I thought I'd go down one in front but then thought maybe I should get two sprockets for the rear - 1 bigger and two bigger _ and then play with them. Or maybe 1 down in front and 1 up in the rear. This is all very confusing to me.

Any advice? I'm just looking for more drive down low.

Thank you for the reply. Maybe you could also add your impression of the difference the 16T makes.

I also put a 16 tooth on mine and absolutly love it. I got a Renthal sprocket. But any R1 16 tooth sprocket will work, 98-04 are all the same.

1000% Positive. I own an '04, took off the countershaft sprocket myself, and Yamaha says it is.
