What Free & Cheap Mods Do You Suggest?

Thought I would start a good list of free or cheap mods.

What is your favorite free mod?

What is your favorite mod under $50?

Under $100?

Under $300?

04 R1 - the RED one. I believe they made some in other colors too. Who knows?

I dont have any good pics of them on my computer and my bike is in storage right now. I come back to the states in a month, when I get back I'll take some pics and put them up.

oh and it's super easy to do. I think I might do a set for my friend and write a "how to" on it. The only advise I had before I did it myself was not to use a wheel grinder becasue the aluminum would melt to the wheel/get the wheel too hot/ something or other, so I shaped them by hand with a few different files and sandpaper.
