R1 Exhaust Flame/Backfire

I ran across of this video awhile back, I was wondering how they pulled it off. From what i gathered, my guess is that they turned up the fuel on the power commander. Any thoughts about this?

The best engine in the world is the vagina.
It can be started with one finger. It is self-lubricating.
It takes any size piston. It changes its own oil every four weeks.
It is only a pity that the management system is so fawking temperamental."

You can hear a tire screeching. I think he locked up the front and it was skidding into an endo until the tire finally got grip which caused the...flip.
