BSB Tank Fuel Pump

Hello forum friends, I really need your help,

Does anybody know if BSB, WSBK, Moto America, or any other top dogs use a race fuel pump or just an OEM fuel pump? I have a tank and my OEM fuel pump isn't lining up how it should. Is there a way to "hack" the fuel pump, or am I going to have to modify the tank?

Which tank have you got. I know my 14b ftr tank had a stock pump fitted & I have recently had my hands on a factory 2015r1 tank which also had a stock pump fitted. If it is the factory 14b with carbon subframe I can find out tomorrow as I know where there is one on a shelf.

You can fit the stock pump but you need to take the bowl out of the bottom. It may also involve drilling & tapping to fit.

I'm not sure I asked one of my factory contacts & that was the reply I got. I haven't see one up close so I'm not sure. Post a pic of the bowl & I'll have a look.
