Idle issues, engine bogging down low gears

Hello,
I have an 07 R1 with 26000 miles on it. Recently have noticed my engine has a weird idle. It has a whole different sound when idling(sounding like a cross plane engine). Once in a while it would idle normal for half a second. This only happens when the RPMs are below 2500. Once I start riding it sounds normal but when I come to a stop the weird idle happens again. My friend tried to rectify the issue by dumping in a little more fuel in 500-1000rpm range but that just masked the issue. I could see feel the engine was still not idling right so i removed the changes that he made.

When I start rolling from 0, clutch completely out at 8 to 9mph, and give it some gas i feel like the bike is bogging down and does not want to move until the RPMs reach 3000 or so.

I had disconnected the power commander completely as well but the issue still remained.

The only thing I have done recently about a month ago was the spark plugs. I removed them again to see if they were burning correctly. They looked fine to me. Any help is appreciated.

I have a link to the video of the issue and pictures of the spark plugs below:

Might want to check your ignition coils too. Check with a voltmeter. Sometimes they will show in range when cold but if you warm them in the oven or after being hot and test them the reading could be off. Had it happen on my r6 before. Just something to check. How's your battery voltage and how old is it as well. Dirty injectors? Run some fuel injector cleaner ?

I could check on the coils. My battery is a little funny however. If i have to turn my bike on and off about 5 times 2 minutes the battery would die. I will have to check on the voltage of it. I think the battery is good 2 years old easily, if not maybe 3. AFter work today ill try fuel injector cleaner.

I'd replace the battery and try that. Doesn't sound too powerful and lower rpms the stator isn't working yet so it's draining a lot off the battery at idle. Could be why at higher rpms it's fine because the stator has enough power. Just a thought.

Or at least hook up to voltmeter when engine is off and when it's running to

I would say you're dumping fuel somehow. Either bad compression, dirty injectors, bad coils. Have you inspected the valve stems? Lots of discussions about the valves on 07/08 models. Hard to tell just by what you have said so far. Just take it in to a specialist or slowly try and knock out one thing at a time for culprits. Let us know
