alright, so i figured it out.. at least i've managed to recreate the 'fault' and successfully repaired; now i've got a new green friend

you need to make sure the image you're using as an avatar is scaled correctly and file sizing, pixel limits
are observed. So far i've managed to change my avatar a couple of times and both times right after i
checked 'scaling' by viewing image information (right click on avatar title in user cp) i have verified the image
is showing there, however small it seems, i then just closed that window and voila!! new avatar working,

refresh page for shitz n' giggles.. if you cant see the new image in user cp under avatar / custom avatar
then i dont think anybody else can.. but this also works for other's avatars if you cant see them i believe..

mind you i've also managed to make other's avatars disappear in the process ..
and also repaired others in posts above, but of course thats in my browser.

* confirmed.. what appeared to be broken is no more.. i can see everybody's avatar in this entire thread.

i see at least one member has 'liked' my post above.. thanks @Stonewall

i'm pretty certain this is a local browser 'fault' for the most part as after bringing my favourite characters back to life
i see some of 'em will tend to drop out of view again. including my own!! I can see it now but i've no idea if others can

damnit, so yeah i can understand the frustration if you find these little fvckers take a vacation at random..

Yep, random.

From the sound of it though, I'd really like to see Stonewall's avatar...

I ended up selling my R1 to help fund a new 4Runner. Bought a Super Tenere and made my KTM 450 XCR street legal to go all over place.

Now I am going to sell my Tenere and buy a Ducati Multistrada Pikes Peak.

I can't ride the R1 like I used to,so the Ducati fits my riding style now.

I do miss the bike though, spent more on upgrades than I did for the bike lol

TRD PRO? I have a 2005 SR5. I love it but ready to upgrade.
I'm contemplating a '19 Voodoo Blue TRD PRO.

No,got an Off Road Premium.

Wanted a sunroof,KDSS and wasn't fond of the stock suspension.

For the upcharge on the Pro,I can put better suspension than the Bilsteins.

New ones come with Fox,but still the premium over the Off Road isn't worth it, to me at least.
