History
Latest update Sept 2017 - I have always loved the classic 2001 Champion edition colours... over the last year I found an unmolested CE tank, and side fairings, had the top fairing custom painted. Added this to my bike to change the dress on her... also put on a stand-alone PC quickshifter. I love it for the street, really changes the game for quick-go!

Update Apr 26, got it all together and on the road, see latest with brakes new tire, Marchesini rims, and Akra exhaust, and few other parts harder to find like my AB Carbon ram air snorkel fit onto my QB carbon CF airbox.

Bought as a basket case in late 2014, stock engine and pretty grungy, rode nice though. Got deal for re-built race engine, Ohlins shocks and damper Galfer brakes etc... was my winter project

-speedo healer
Suspension
-Double Bubble windscreen, 2005 mirrors more flat and lower.
-Black Tank grips, they actually work great used a Stomp-grip template to cut. Really lets me grip with the ol' glutes...
-HT moto seatcover so my big butt stays planted. On the rear seat so my kids (Twin 12 year old girls) stay on as well.... they love going "fast" on Dad's R1 (pics are one of three of my adopted daughters, Cheyenne)
Wheel and Tire
Nada it is a sportbike? I like mine minimal! Oh yes a plug for my heated jacket and gloves, it is Canada after all... like riding in a hot tub! (Picture of my other Twin adopted daughter Cherokee in garage with R1 first time in my garage and on the Vmax, her favorite is the ZX-14!) Middle is all 3 of my girls, their walls are plastered with motorcycle pictures, including the 2015 R1 and R1M poster.
