My 3rd R1 after having a 98 and 03. This has been lowered and didn’t come with the original dogbone. It did come with 2 other dogbones that are different in lengths. I want to return it to stock. Can someone please give me the length of a stock 01 dogbone?

I believe a shorter dogbone will raise the height.

Stock is off my 00, other is a copy of the Graves link. Should probably have this moved to the 00-01 Performance threads.

Excellent, that’s what I’m after. Thanks heaps for that. Your Graves linkage is nice. Creating, let alone moving a thread was hard enough mate.

Yeah shorter dogbone raises height, longer lowers it.
Did you have the linkage made, or are they available to buy? I understand that Graves has not made them for a long time.

A local shop made a few several years ago using an original link for measurements. I have an original link as well, looks the same. I believe Graves made a few versions of these, if you do a search somewhere here there’s a thread where he talks about them.

Without doing anything else to the suspension, simply swapping linkage raises the rear about a half inch.
