Can anyone give a quick 100% one ,which top yokes will fit 02-03 5PW forks?
I'm looking for straight swap without any mods?

I pretty sure 00-01 will do ,not sure about 98-00

But can anyone say for sure which ones?

im not 100%. 99.9% that they all fit, cuz Yamaha forks are the same dimensions. You just need new bearing for that year.

Diameter of the fork tubes is the same-you're right here but why I'm asking is that distance between fork holes can be different

If you mean to only swap the top yoke it must be from a 02-03. If you swap out the whole triple tree with lower and upper yoke you can use 98-07. Different models have different offset though.
