Is the download on this site for parts, service manual good for 03 too. I notice it says 03? If not does someone know where I can get the 03?

03 is same as 02,except for color of bodywork.

Wiring Harness Question too

OK, I'm having a hard time in the wiring dia. Is there a separate upper harness from the main harness that goes to the gauge cluster etc.?

Yes,it provides for the tach cluster,the front lights and flashers.
