i was wondering if anyone has any good advise on setting up the new r1 suspension(i weigh 160lbs)
i hear you should lower the front a tad and do a few other things but wanted some other opinions before i go messing with it.

I was kinda wonderin the same thing. I read that long ass thread about suspension setup but it seemed to concentrate on the 98-01's. Come on guys lets hear some good setups. Ive got a track day in two weeks. Although so far the stock settings are pretty stable in the twisties. I'm 5'11" 200#.
