It's minutia but I noticed it by accident in the garage and wanted to know if anyone else has had experience with this and what, if anything, they decided to do about it.

At the point of stress where the front cowling is molded to the plastic screw receptacle (for example, on the bike's left side, just above the "R1" decal) on either side, there appears to be a very shallow impression in the plastic---looks like a little "dent". It's only visible from a distance (i.e., close inspection of the surface reveals no imperfection) under certain lighting conditions. It's in the same place on both sides of the bike; that is, exactly at the point where the screw receptacle was molded to the cowling.

It's a 2003 Blue/White, BTW. Anyone else have this on your bike? (If you don't know, you'll have to look under just the right conditions to tell if you do or not, else it will be completely invisible).

Thanks in advance for your input.
