Anyone relocate their rear brake on 04 R-1 to lower swingarm? is there any performance difference or does it just clean up the rear of the bike? I am thinkimg about doing this mod but can't find bracket...carrozeria no longer makes one and brembo does not seem to have it either for 04 R-1. Anyone know of any other manufacturer? or maybe where I could find one used? or maybe other manufacturer that I am unaware of?

I don't think any of the brackets will work with the OEM caliper. The idea behind the aftermarket caliper kits is a lower center of gravity by mounting below rather than above and possibly more stiffness in the caliper depending on the price point. As far as the bracket itself the only two I am aware of are the Carrozzeria and Brembo.
