I've got around 1500 on my 04 now and my buddy just got his. Our bikes were side by side and oh look my taillight is turning yellow, not nice and clear like it was before. I think its discoloring from the heat of the pipes. Has anyone else noticed this on theres or is it just mine.

Friend of mine has a CBR600RR with underseat exaust and a few thousand miles. His clear tail light is yellowed. I think it might be more from gases leaving the pipe than heat. I have been considering aftermarket pipes, because most stick out farther than stock and might not stain the tail.

It will happen.. I have a 600RR and it turns yellow from the exhaust.. just put some honda polish on it and it will wipe right off. It will work on the tips of your pipes if those turn yellow.
