Standing at the left side of the bike about mid way up sitting right in front of the coils and right behind the fans
Looks to be an induction part / T type of valve looking thing?
No hoses on mine and i was wondering if there should hoses connected?

Air induction valve? Do you have block off plates?

Most likely the air injection system or SLS valve as BMW likes to call it. The hoses typically connect the 4 reed valves to a control valve and then the Airbox, so on overlap the expelling exhaust gas will pull clean air from the airbox through the control valve, reed valves and into exhaust port to help reduce emissions along with the catalytic converter.

If you don't want to buy hoses, put a cork in each hole coming from the silver colored plates to block the reed valves, or the proper part would be a block off plate.
