I need a set of rims for my 05, and a found a nice set from an 07... Are these rims compatible without needing to change spacers/bearings and whatnot? Will they just bolt on or are there things I need to take into consideration...

Rear is bolt-on.
Front wheel is the same except for the disc brakes, 2007 has 310mm, 2004-2006 has 320mm disc brakes. You can just bolt on the 320 on a 2007 rim.
