Team,

So the Austin Racing exhaust has finally came in and as usual, I ran into a little problem. Im trying to remove the old slip on of the previous owner and it’s a pain in the a**. I’ve looked at numerous videos and usually it comes off in a few wiggles but I’m struggling. So far I’ve tried wiggling it and tried to pry it open with a screwdriver. I kinda stop because I didn’t want to puncture my headers so I’m out of ideas. I’m so close to taking it to a shop, but installing a slip on seems pretty simple and not worth paying an hour of maintenance considering how far I’ve gotten. Please let me know any recommendations to complete this. I attached a pic to give you and idea of where I am. Thanks in advance!
