2 codes aren’t clearing after flash

Greetings R1 fans! I have a 2018 R1. I just had it flashed by moor mafia. I took it to the dealer to clear all the “Inactive” codes that came up. There are 2 remaining “active” codes they cannot clear: P1400 (“AI solenoid - open or ground short circuit”) and 194 (“Exup servo motor circuit”).

I have a 3/4 pipe.I’ve removed both O2 sensors. The Exup servo was taken out before I purchased it.

The goal is to turn these “Active” codes into “Inactive.” Im about to give it to the dealer to figure out, but they just want to return the ecu to stock after I’ve paid good money for the flash. Any ideas about hunting down the gremlins?

yes somethings wrong in the flash. for the 17+ they have to use the software and disable codes permanently like your exup. since you dont have that it should have been turned off and never come on. the p1400 is for the ais i believe so i am guessing you have smog blockoff plates installed, if so then thats another code that should have been permanently disabled and i dont understand why it wouldn't be. kinda sketches me out about the rest of the tune and makes me wonder what they actually did. dont take it to the dealer they cant fix it unless they return the eco to stock and reinstall the missing parts OR you reinstall the ais pump with no hoses and the exup motor with no cables and just leave them hanging and plugged in. pull the ecu and send it back to get the correct flash put in. i would think it should be free/warranty as long as you told them the parts and mods on your bike before they flashed it

my servo motor was missing. Maybe these codes are in relation to it not being plugged in anymore. I bought a servo buddy last night and I’m waiting for shipping to see if this fixes the issue.
Yea the servo and the ais being removed will cause these codes. My point was the flash should have the codes turned off. If you paid money for a flash then why should you have to pay money for a servo buddy..... You will need to find something for the ais as well not just the exup, the exup won't fix both codes.

If you didn't specify servo delete in your flash order, that's why it's throwing a code.
Yeah reach out to Chris, he will stand behind it.
