where is the tip over sensor , and is you flip ,drop, pancake, your bike i was told to pull the plugsis this neccessary and crank the engine in order to clear the oil from the cylinders .

I got my bike running after a crash , how do I get it started without puching it around for a while. can I tap the tip over sensor , would this help?

There is no tip over sensor on a 2000 R1. Tip over sensors are for fuel injected bikes as they will continue to run at odd angles where as a carb bike will pretty much not.

If you crash a bike the best bet is to let it sit for a few hours. But weither it sits or not if you open the throttle all the way and turn it over it will eventually start.

The bike will try to flood when you wreck it as the gas is just pouring everywhere, opening the throttle lets in more air helping to lean out the mixture so that it will start. It will eventually spit and sputter and then clear out.
