2001 R1 Rear Brake Master Cylinder Upgrade?

I need a new better rear brake MC for my bike. The OEM is just sore eye! :eek5:

does anyone know a good upgrade?:sneaky

Its a pretty good upgrade:

- Piston diameter : 13mm
- Weight : 150g
- Mounting hole diameter : M6 P1.0
- Mounting Pitch : 40mm *The picture is only for reference. It may differ from the actual product.
*This is an order product. Inquire for delivery date.
*Pushrod is not included.

Is it our OEM mounts 40mm spacing :dunno:

He's just telling you that if you go that route it's gonna be some DIY and in the end, may require some customization. Easy enough though, go grab some thin plate steel from Lowes or HD, measure, cut, drill, clean, spray, and install.

I did it with a custom Akrapovic underbelly exhaust, but the principle is the same.

Hello, anyone tried this? I intend to replace oem rear master cylinder with brembo ktm like this too, is it ok? i wonder between XM' master cylinder or Adventure's master cylinder of KTM
