The bike does have a salvage title, it's street legal, valid title is in hand, no liens......The only thing that is from a 2002 is the frame from the bike, all parts were replaced with 2003 (hence the plastics)

Bike runs fine, no mechanical problems, Has a K&N Oil Filter, Oil was just changed yesterday 12/17/07

I have the means to transport the bike and would be willing to work something out with the buyer, I'm located in the panhandle of Florida.
