Just start at mid point on the adjustments and go from there. Remember to adjust one at a time, i.e. rebound on front then ride. Then adjust the compression on front, then ride. You get the idea.boomer30 said:Ok guys, I see where a lot of riders have put initial miles on their new babies, but has anyone tweaked with their suspension settings yet? I own a blue '04 and adjusted mine from the get go. I only weigh 132 lbs...(save the laughs, please) and was curious if anyone had a "dialed in" setting to go by yet. I initially thought the factory settings were way too stiff for my preferences...any others??
And don't forget to adjust your preload first before tweaking with the rebound and compression adjustments.
