2004 R1 with No spark?

I recently picked up a 2004 r1, ran amazing, love the bike, but i took a good run at it and hit 170 then let off and it felt like you had hit the kill switch, what all can cause this? its getting no spark on all 4 cylinders and just randomly cut off
