To Make a long story short I pulled the swingarm to have new bearings installed. When I go to re install my swingarm I have a gap or side to side play. What am I missing??? I’ve study this diagram all weekend.

I’m stuck guys not really sure what’s happened.
I don't know how wide the frame should be but if you insert the pivot shaft all the way in and i guess the lock nut shall be about 5mm in on the thread...
Then mount the bolt on the other side in to the pivot shaft, if the frame have to flex inwards when tightened then something's really wrong..

Probably over heated in the oven during the powder coat process.

Did this get figured out? My frame, subframe and swing arm are being powder coated right now. Wish I’d have seen this post ant took measurements.
