Hi all,

I just bought 09 R1 and i need to replace the tires on it.
My prior R1 was stolen back in 2011, so I've been out of the loop of the motorcycle world.

If any1 can suggest good tires for R1, I would greatly appreciate.
I need it for normal riding.... I don't do anything crazy on the road. Need good tires for traction/cornering etc...

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The PP3 is good for that too...wet and dry. :fact

I'm a fan of Q3s also, great prices and great performance. Plus $50 rebate right now is pretty darn nice. 200 for a set of 190/55, 120/70

Q3s would be the most you need to go...if you don't really do much twisty, then go to a sport touring tires as the center won't wear as fast.
