I have a 99 R1 It died when I stopped at a store and havent gotten it to start Since. I put a new battery and Starter Relay in and now I can't get the gauge cluster to come on I've also checked all the fuses any thoughts on what I might check next would be very helpful. Thanks

You either have a blown fuse or battery terminals on backwards. Here's a link to the service manual. Get yourself a multimeter and get busy.

Thanks for your thoughts on that it actually ended up being the fuel pump & starter switch relay. Which is the blue w/ white wire.I attached a picture of the relay just in case someone has the same issue so they know what they may need to look for.

That's technically called a start circuit cut off relay, but, yeah, that'll do it.
