We have had several air evac's during the year. The least expensive so far was 14K. For $50 per year it is well worth it. 2 of the riders had no medical coverage so it was devastating to them financially. You don't even have to be critically injured to lle lifted out. Depending on how far the ambulance is allowed to go has more to do with it. In extreemely rural areas it is almost common practice. Check it out, I got mine.
