tobefast.com has them, $20, I use em. They were easy to install and got rid of all the major popping....not to mention a litte bit of weight. Unbolt the radiator to give you more room to work with, but don't take it off. Some people use vice grips to work out the elbows, I just used a long screw driver and pried them off. Then I just hammered in the plugs using a punch. I hope some of that helped. I'm sure others will chime in. If not, try doing a search. They will stop 95% of the backfiring....I did this and still find popping, but much much less....but I put in a lot of mods which threw off my map....

You have to take off a hose that goes to the airbox from the solenoid....which you also take off. You can plug the hole on the airbox with a rubber cap/nipple.
