Is Akrapovic going to have an exhaust for the '04 R1? I have not heard or seen anything, but I had a full race exhaust on my '02 and it was awesome. Hopefully they will.

Info has been posted severl times already. The full Evolution exhaust will list for $2400. The slip on is about half that price. There is also an optional midpipe that replaces the cat. Prices are in the '04 Lockhart Phillips catalog.dchoeppner said:Is Akrapovic going to have an exhaust for the '04 R1? Or maybe it just that there was more to tune out of the ZX10R then there was out of the R1. And not that they focesed more on the ZX10R.dchoeppner said:Well with all that being said, and of course some more research on my end, it could be the graves system that ends up on my bike. Performance comes 1st over looks anyways. I will say that I was extremely happy with my akra on my '02, but i will have to wait and see. Obviously akra wasn't concentrating on the better bike(R1) and focused on the zx10. oh well.
Different dynos/conditions = different results.Rooster62181 said:the Two Brothers Slip-on produces more HP than the Akrapovic Full system. To hell with Akrapovic, they definately missed the boat on this one. I am up in the air between the Two Brothers and the Micron. Anyone have any input on that matter?
I took my bike to two different dynos
the dynos differed 10 hp .on the same bike
