So I was spraying some gasket remover to get the rest of the head gasket off. Well my dumb ass wasnt watching what I was doing and got it on the outside of the head. I went to wipe it off and it took the black paint with it!!!!! Can you repaint the head, all the paint around the motor mount is gone???? I am so freakin pissed, it barely took off the gasket, I didnt think it would strip the piant right off.

Just clean the head, tape off the gasket surfaces, bolt holes and intake and exhaust ports and shoot the whole thing with a good quality gloss or semi-gloss black engine paint. It will look new again.

make sure to use a good quaility engine paint..
