Was out riding and my check engine came on. About a minute later, the bike started running rough and died- tried to start it back up but battery was acting like it didn't have enough power to crank it up. Code 46 was displayed (which to my understanding, is related to the FI which I believe has to do with low voltage).
So after towing the bike home, I noticed that something is wrong with the charging system. When the bike is running, the battery slowly drops until it hits 10v, then the check engine comes on and the bike starts running rough until it dies. Had the battery tested but it tested "good". However, I notice that when I pull the battery off the bike and put it on the charger, after it's fully charged (13.2v) and I pull it off the charger, the volts will slowly drop until about 12.17-12.20v.
When starting the bike, the battery will drop to about 11.4v, then go back up to 12.5 (or so) but then it'll slowly drop from there.
Replaced R/R but hasn't fixed the issue, so to my understanding the battery and stator are the only options left. I tested the Stator with a multi meter (1-2, 1-3, 2-3) on AC with it unplugged from the R/R and got 0.0 on all 3, which I've read is a failed stator but also read that's a good stator.
Any help would be great. I've searched online but haven't been able to find answers.
