You prob already know this...but their website is fastone.com I'm thinking about doing some endurance racing with them next year, but can't really help you as I'll be new to it as well.

I have raced once with them, and hope to do a little more in the future. They run at Nelson ledges in ohio. Seems like a great bunch of guys. It is definatley a great orginaization to get started out with. I think Kneedargger77 has raced with them quite a few times, perhaps he can give you some better insight. Is there any specific questions I can help ya out with in the meantime?

I just basically wanted to know how big are the grids usually. How a general weekend is run.

Are the guys cool or are they hotheads. Stuff like that.

fasttrax is a good series for the "new" racer. I say that because although there are some really talented riders there, the atmosphere is usually a bit more relaxed, and the grids are less full. You can go race and get in some experience, without 3 waves of riders jockeying for position.

Nelsons isnt the best track, but it isnt bad either. On a 600 you can take the kink on the back straight a little bit off of full throttle (thats damn fast to go through a turn).

I recommend checking it out at least once. Why not??? As a matter of fact, they offer mini-enduros which would be perfect for you. I think they are three 30 minute races, where you run against the clock. Great for seat time, and your learning curve.
