In the process of moving so the bike is already at the new garage and just noticed this on some pictures I took over the weekend.

Yes i took a look and its on mine, had to push the hose out the way to see it. It could be used when the engine is out, the hole in the casting is used for mounting the engine on a stand.

Yep and the is one on the other side as well I think...To cold for me to go out and look in the garage for the other side...hahaha

those are mounting points for an engine stand

LOL, had me worried for a bit I posted a pic at my local forum and someone pointed it out and asked if the bike was losing parts already....
