First don't laugh. I was wondering if anybody lives close to Northeast PA area, zip code is 18505. I need my mods put on my bike but i rather not send it to the dealer to work on it. I thought i could do it myself but i tried and got stuck so i stopped before i could break anything. Now i will help and i have the parts here to go on. I'd say its a day's work at most. What i need done is::: First, Smog block offs installed. Second, Radiator flush. Third, Oil change. Fourth, My Boz Moira exhaust put on. I don't have any stands for it but it is my garage without heat but i can get some type of heat for the day. I figure i'd ask if a forum member can help out and can use some extra cash. What's a good price? I'll supply food and drink. Please don't make fun. I'm running out of time and i didn't even winterize her yet. Thank you. George.:) My bike is a 2005 R1.

Dude, just jump in and do it yourself. This is easy stuff. You will learn as you work. Just take your time and do some research. Trust me you will become familiar with your bike the more you work on it, and get a great feeling of accomplishment by doing the work yourself.

Out of the four things that you mentioned the Smog block offs are the only thing that might be a problem. the other 3 have very good write ups in the "how to" section. I learned how to do the oil change and radiator flush from reading and looking at the pics. The exhaust is a piece of cake.

Yeah, they are tricky when first trying to take them off. Its a weird tab set-up, they're contoured up & in towards the center of the nose (lift the bottom of the panel up and slide it towards the rear as you lift)... Wiggling helps tremendously... The panel, lol...

PM this guy, SPEEDSNICE, he can most likely help you out!! He installed my entire Fiat bodywork on my bike with ease, and i know he did his own smog plates and oil changes, im sure he can do the rest.

Sounds good bro. Let me know when your coming this way so i can get the gas heater from my sister. I'm right off of interstate 81. I'm right off the River Street exit if your coming from Wilkes-barre or the Moosic St exit if coming from the North. Even if just get the Smog plates put on one day then i can get the radiator off and oil changed and the next time you come this way we can put her back together. Let me know a price and a week's notice of so. Weekends work good for me. I'm done with work on friday's at 130 pm. Pm me for my number and house address. Thank you. George.
