I have a question for you. I ride an 05 R1 and I weigh 168 w/o gear on, what spring rate should I be running in N/mm? I don't really understand it all so a little help would be appreciated.

Thanks:)

No problem. As you may know, the proper spring helps but the valving really does the work. Race Tech's gold valve kits improve suspension action. Also, if you are changing fork oil or springs getting to the valving is not that much more work.

They're for ohlins r/t forks. They came with a 9.5 N/mm spring rate, I was just wondering if this was right for my weight. I only ride on the track so I'm not worried about how they handle on the street.
